SEO and Meta tags

Talking about Meta tags and SEO may sound obvious and for SEO specialists it probably is. Many people though still miss optimising the Meta title, keywords and description. There are some rules in SEO for these tags and these include keeping:
- Meta Keywords to a maximum of 20 words
- Meta Title to no more than 80 characters
- Meta Description to a maximum of 200 characters

The words used in these tags SHOULD also exist in the webpage itself. Similarly you MUST set the tags specific to each page and not have the tags the same on each page. Optimsing the Meta tags is one of the fastest and easiest ways of improving your SEO thus it is worth spending a few minutes or even an hour or so to take care of this.
